Mold Science Has Changed
Healthcare Has Not Kept Pace.
Over the past decade, new science around mold exposure and human health has surged, outpacing our healthcare system’s ability to keep up.
Across the domains of environmental, toxicological, and clinical research, the direction is consistent: mold exposure is a serious health concern, with extensive documented connections to neurological damage, immune dysfunction, respiratory disease, metabolic disruption, and multiple recognized cancer risks.
If you have experience with mold exposure and mycotoxin illness, you already know how often these patients fail to respond to traditional treatments, or to do so in a timely and meaningful way. Even when exposure is identified, reduced or removed, many remain locked in the same symptom pattern — unable to maintain normal daily life at work or at home.
Whether you already treat patients suffering from mold, or are considering this swiftly expanding area of clinical care, the challenge is the same: successful treatment options remain few, and the impact of those that do exist is often limited.
CDC Report: 2025
Fungal diseases — including mold-related illnesses — are now associated with approximately 130,000 U.S. hospitalizations, 7,300 deaths, and 13 million outpatient visits each year.
That hospitalization estimate is roughly 70% higher than CDC’s own public estimate from just two years earlier,

while outpatient visits increased from nearly 9 million to 13 million. CDC notes the true burden is likely higher because fungal diseases remain underdiagnosed and underreported.

INTRODUCING THE CLINICAL LINE
LipidMAGIC:
New Breakthrough Clinical Line
Introducing LM Prescriptive and LM PLUS+ — two enhanced clinical formulations developed for practitioners working with mold-affected patients who need more.
Built on LipidMAGIC’s Nano-Engineered Lipid (NEL) Platform, the new clinical line takes the original LM Core foundation further, offering stronger lipid support and broader clinical utility for patients struggling with fatigue, brain fog, pain, neurological complaints, and stalled functional recovery.
While our LM Core and LM Advanced remain excellent options for personal use, the new LM Prescriptive and LM PLUS+ were developed specifically with practitioner-guided clinical use in mind.

Two New Clinical Options.
LM Prescriptive
This is the strongest version of LM available. It represents a significant technical evolution from our original LM Core, and offers patients an obvious benefit in support, time until effect, and duration of benefits. This product is truly clinician-strength.
LM PLUS+
Nicknamed the “Protocol in a Jar”, LM PLUS+ adds select herbal and anti-fungal ingredients to broaden impact. In a base of LM Advanced we add: Iodine, eugenol, garlic, kale, chlorella, ginseng, cilantro, barberry. Each well documented in the fight against mold.
what we have learned
Clinical, Practitioner
and Patient Findings.
Patient response to LipidMAGIC has been strikingly consistent, both historically and in current user reports: meaningful improvement in the core symptoms mold patients most often struggle with.
Reported areas of improvement include:
- Fatigue / chronic exhaustion
- Brain fog and cognitive dysfunction
- Body pain and myalgic symptoms
- Neurological complaints
- Stalled functional recovery
- Symptoms persisting despite reduced exposure
Clinical findings at a glance:
- Approximately 50% of LM users have reported significant improvement.
- Responsive users often notice benefit within the first few days; some as early as the first or second dose.
- For users no longer facing exposure, several months of LM use has often been enough to help restore and stabilize normal function.
- Even during ongoing or intermittent exposure, LM has shown the ability to reduce a range of persistent symptoms.
- Food-based and GRAS-status ingredients make LM practical to integrate alongside many clinical, pharmaceutical, or nutritional protocols.
Important note: Reports primarily reflect LM Core studies. LM Prescriptive and LM PLUS+ are newer and stronger clinical formulations.
Formulation Standards.
For practitioners and patients who care about product purity and dietary compatibility, all LipidMAGIC formulas are non-GMO, soy-free, dairy-free, nut-free, keto and vegetarian-friendly, made without preservatives, shipped in BPA-free jars, and contain no added sugars of any kind.
LipidMAGIC is not solvent-based. It contains no ethanol or alcohol.
No refrigeration is required. Store at cool room temperature. Recommended use period is approximately two months from preparation. Refrigeration will extend this.

What Happens After Ordering?
Depending on our current production cycle and order volume,
shipping is generally within two weeks.

While You Await Your Order:
- We offer a complementary 15-minute onboarding call to discuss practice integration, patient response expectations, general usage considerations, and future product selection.
- Practitioners who wish to offer direct patient ordering may also request a dedicated co-branded LM practitioner page. Orders placed through your page require no involvement from your office. LipidMAGIC handles all fulfillment and shipping directly to your patients.
- Patients ordering through practitioner pages receive preferred patient pricing, while practitioners receive quarterly compensation based on those associated sales. All U.S. shipping is included.
Use & Dosing
Suggested adult use: Begin with 1 rounded tablespoon, taken on an empty stomach, preferably shortly after waking. Larger amounts may be divided AM/PM when clinically appropriate.
For higher-need patients, some practitioners may evaluate up to 2 tablespoons daily. More than 4 spoonfuls per day is not recommended.
LM Prescriptive and PLUS+ are more concentrated clinical formulations and generally require lower starting amounts. We recommend beginning slowly, observing response, and adjusting as needed.
For best results, use with liquids only for 60–120 minutes after dosing. The first meal afterward should be low-fat, as high-fat foods may interfere with LM’s intended use.
Recovery from mold-related illness also requires minimizing further exposure whenever possible. LipidMAGIC may support individuals still in contaminated environments, as well as those who have relocated but continue to experience symptoms.
Storage: Keep closed at cool room temperature. Refrigeration is optional. Use within 30 days for peak freshness.

LM’s Development Story.
LipidMAGIC was created by Lance Evans, who had himself lived for years under the vague catch-all diagnosis of “chronic fatigue,” long before mold-related illness was widely understood.
Fortunately, Evans brought a long professional background in health and fitness; certification and years of study in macrobiotic nutrition with the legendary Michio Kushi*; service as Editor-in-Chief of a major progressive health magazine; and more than 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry. This included his work at Merck, Pfizer, Sepracor, and Carter-Wallace, with team roles on many of the pharmaceutical industry’s most successful products, including Lipitor, Lunesta, and Xopenex.
His own research led him into the study of lipidology and related technologies. As his own health returned, he began enlisting the help of noted clinicians and researchers, conducting clinical studies with Dr. Harold Sackren, a Columbia researcher noted for helping revolutionize modern feminine hygiene, and Dr. Robert Atkins at the Atkins Medical Center in Manhattan. Additional evaluations were later conducted during his time as Editor-in-Chief of NEWLIFE Health Magazine.
